“The Countess of Miranda” returns to the Liria Palace!
This work was lent to the exhibition “Caprile, Lorenzo” curated by Eloy Martínez de la Pera, a journey through the life and work of the dressmaker Lorenzo Caprile, through his most iconic dresses, which have already become fashion history.
More than 96,000 visitors, who were hosted at the exhibition, were able to enjoy it in the Canal de Isabel II Room until March 30, so the work, attributed to Pantoja de la Cruz, is once again taking its place in the Spanish painting room of the Palacio de Liria.
The Casa De Alba Foundation celebrates the return of this work, thus showing its commitment to the dissemination and conservation of artistic heritage.
