Accessibility

The palace offers partial accessibility. Tickets for the palace tour alone are wheelchair accessible. However, tickets for the temporary exhibition, whether combined with the palace tour or not, are not wheelchair accessible.
Access to the temporary exhibition is not recommended for individuals with reduced mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.

Regulations

General access rules: ‍
  • To access the palace, you must be in possession of a physical or digital ticket with a QR code, which must be validated by the access control personnel and must be kept until the exit.
  • ‍The ticket is personal and non-transferable and is valid only for the date, time and number of people indicated.
  • Exchanges or returns are not allowed.
  • The price of tickets and the reduction and/or free policy will be those established on the website and on the information media of the Palacio de Liria.
  • The purchase of a reduced ticket requires that you show the official, valid and updated accreditation of the condition.
  • Children under 14 years of age cannot access the palace alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Access to the store requires having purchased a ticket to Palacio de Liria.
  • Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff at all times.
  • Access to the building with objects or substances that may pose a risk to the integrity of people and works of art (weapons, dangerous substances, large objects, sharp and sharp objects, etc.) is prohibited. All bags and packages must pass security control.
  • It is not allowed to enter the venue with travel bags that exceed the dimensions of the luggage compartment.
  • Access to any type of animal is not allowed, except guide dogs or therapeutic aids, always with prior and express authorization from the organization and with the corresponding accreditation.

  • The Palacio de Liria offers its visitors a free storage service located in the store area.
  • For security reasons during the visit, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, and any object considered to pose a risk to works of art cannot be brought into the rooms.
  • They must be deposited at the lockers with the code enabled for this purpose before visiting. Our lockers offer an interior capacity of 30 width x 42 height x 50 depth.
  • Travel bags cannot be left.
  • Baby strollers must be left in the designated area.
  • Saved items must be removed at the end of the visit.
  • If they have not been removed by the end of the day, they will be considered lost.
  • The management is not responsible for the deterioration or the absence of the items deposited in them.
General visiting rules: ‍
  • Visitors must behave properly during the visit, without disturbing other people.
  • It's not allowed: Touch pieces or works of art, lean on furniture, or sit on chairs. Sit on the floor or obstruct the passage. Run around the rooms. Smoking in patios, gardens or indoor rooms. Eat or drink throughout the space. Leaving children without adult control Carry out any commercial activity other than those established by the organization (official guided tours, audio guide or store) without authorization by the management.
  • Photographs are not allowed inside the Palace. You can take videos or photographs only in the outdoor garden once the visit is over.
  • Please: respect a safe distance with parts and works. Avoid talking during the audio-guided tour. Do not use acoustic tone on mobile phones, but rather vibration.
