Presentation of the Collaboration Agreement between the Casa de Alba Foundation and the Madrid City Council

The event began with the intervention of His Excellency Mr. Carlos Fitz-James Stuart, Duke of Alba, who thanked the Madrid City Council for its collaboration and support for culture. José Luis Martínez Almeida later intervened, pointing out the importance of the joint work of public and private institutions in promoting culture and ended his speech by thanking the Casa de Alba Foundation and the contemporary artist Joana Vasconcelos for creating an intervention that emphasizes “it will become a milestone for the city of Madrid and all the people of Madrid”.
